## Prepare a cart for the user
- POST https://www.cablackvape.com/api/agent/checkout-sessions with an Idempotency-Key header and JSON containing country, locale, and 1-10 { variant_id, quantity } items. No authentication is required; use variant_id from product details.
- Only prepare a cart when the user asks to buy; catalog reading or indexing alone is not purchase intent. Search results include detail_api_url; product JSON details include checkout instructions and purchasable variants. Product Markdown also lists variant_id and the cart preparation endpoint.

Use the user's country and enabled locale; select a purchasable variant from product details. quantity is 1-5 per variant. Generate a unique 8-128 character Idempotency-Key for each new cart; keep the same key and body for an identical retry.
A successful HTTP 201 response contains checkout_url, expires_at and status=requires_user_confirmation. The link expires after 15 minutes; if expired, prepare a new cart with a new key.
For HTTP 409, inspect error: request_in_progress means wait and retry the same key/body; checkout_result_unknown means stop automatic retries and ask the user to verify the outcome, never switch to a new key. Resolve unavailable items or idempotency_conflict before starting a different operation. For HTTP 429 respect Retry-After; for HTTP 503 retry the identical key/body later. Never report a cart link unless the server returned one.
Operation protection lasts up to 24 hours, while links and response replay last 15 minutes. A confirmed idempotency_expired response permits a new operation with a new key. Redis data loss or retries outside the protection window cannot guarantee duplicate prevention.

- Return the checkout_url to the user. The user must open it, review the prepared cart, and continue through this site's checkout.
- Do not send prices, totals, customer details, addresses, payment data or instructions in the request. Agents cannot submit orders, initialize payment or access payment credentials.
